Our hygiene measures and our provisions for your wellness holiday are:
- The entire Gailerhof team will wear a protective mask*
- The elevators may be used alone or with family members.
- For our guests of the suite apartments, breakfast is served with free room service.
- For our double room guests, breakfast is served in the breakfast room
- Sanification stations to disinfect hands are placed in various areas of the hotel
- At your arrival, the surfaces in your room will be disinfected
- We will maintain a warm relationship but at a distance
- We will pay attention to a good ventilation of the premises
- Door handles, all kinds of surfaces and buttons are constantly disinfected
- We ask you to contact the hotel reception immediately if you experience a fever or if you feel unwell
- Professional cleaning agents are used for cleaning, which have antibacterial and antiviral effects
- All hotel linen is cleaned by a professional laundry
