Fresh spring water

Our tap water comes directly from the springs in the Dolomites. It’s of excellent drinking quality and rich in minerals from dolostone.

Energy that grows back

Our wood-chip boiler is fuelled only with damaged timber from our own forest. That’s where the heating and hot water for the whole house come from, with wood that grows back.

Less packaging, less waste

We like it best without plastic and without single-use packaging. Wherever possible we use loose foods and unpackaged products. We serve your breakfast instead of a buffet, so we only prepare what you order. And we clean your room only if you want us to.

E-bike instead of car

Leave the car where it is. With our e-bike rental you’ll leave it in the garage more often. You can charge the bike here in the house.

Getting around by bus and train

On arrival you get the Südtirol Guest Pass from us. With the pass you use all public transport in South Tyrol for free; Welsberg-Gsies railway station (Monguelfo-Casies) is 3 km from the house. Simple and convenient.
